What began as Florida’s Tech Support, a high-touch managed service provider supporting small and medium-sized businesses across Florida, has grown into a full-scale technology solutions firm with national reach.
As business technology needs expanded—cloud adoption, cybersecurity pressures, mobility, remote work, contact center evolution, and advanced connectivity—Josh saw that businesses needed more than break/fix and help desk support.
